Shipping Policy

Please read carefully :

 

After checkout; once the order is confirmed we will send you a notification via email that the item(s) have shipped with your tracking information.

Shipping (Order Fulfillment/Delivery) will vary per item. FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders, taxes included.

International Orders may take longer to be delivered depending on location.

Due to the high demand of items, orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received, and therefore may sell out before a certain item is processed.

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for all domestic (USA) and international orders.

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - In rare circumstances if you have received the incorrect order or wrong items and are unsatisfied with the item(s) received, we’re happy to accommodate this request within 7 days of receiving. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. The customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to our P.O Box address provided on the orders mail packaging. We will cover any additional shipping cost incurred. Once we receive the item(s), you will be refunded within 3 - 10 Business days through the method of payment the item was originally purchased.

Any item that has been discounted (Promo Code, On-Sale) can not be returned or exchanged.

We currently do not accept exchanges. You will have to go through the return process or order a new product.

IF ITEMS ARE DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s) please email

  1. Your order number

  2. Name on the order

  3. Email the order was made with  

  4. Your request. Reason for inquiry

  5. A photograph presenting the damaged, defective or incorrect item.

The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the item(s) clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in the future. Our amazing Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.

Cancel Order Policy

 

Unfortunately since all of our orders are custom and made-to-order, we cannot accept cancellations if the order is already in production.

Most orders go into production within 24 hours after purchasing. If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email wehelp.johnymelrose@gmail.com and include:

  1. Your order number

  2. Name on the order

  3. Email the order was made with

  4. Your request. Reason for inquiry
